How the conference secretariat handles information you choose to send us.
What we collect
If you email the secretariat, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, organisation, email address and the nature of your enquiry. Ticket purchases are processed by Andala, not on this website. Volunteer speaker and volunteer worker applications are submitted on Google Forms, which is operated by Google under Google’s terms. We do not operate hidden trackers for advertising, and we do not sell lists of attendees or enquiries.
How we use it
Information is used only to respond to you, to administer the conference, and to send operational updates you have requested. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to organise this edition of the conference and any follow-up you have asked for, then deleted or archived according to the secretariat’s operational policy.
Your requests
To access, correct or delete information you have sent us, email the secretariat using the address published on the contact page. Do not send sensitive personal documents unless we have asked for them.
